Hello, I'm Sandra Marie, the face behind "Bear Hugs Originals". Welcome to my page. This year is my 30th anniversary creating and designing bears, so keep an eye out for some exciting things throughout the year! All of my creations are 100% handmade using my own patterns I design from my own sketches. Every single creation I design takes me several days, sometimes weeks, to complete as I put all my heart and soul into each and every one. 2025 Brightstar Wilelife & Teddies Feature Piece

Sweet Ellie is a brand new critter for 2025. She is made out of a gorgeous turquoise faux fur. Ellie's trunk has been extensively needle/scissor sculpted/shaded. She see's the world thru big hand-blown glass eyes with eye whites, shading and black eye lashes to give her that sweet girly look. Ellie has adorable dropsy ears and features a teddy bear body. She has felt feet and paw pads. She is five-way lock nut jointed and stuffed with premium fiberfill and metal granulate for a nice weight.
Ellie wears a green and pink gingham bow pinned atop her head.
She will make a great addition to your hug.

"Lucas"

Lucas is a two-tone bear made out of two very pretty, yellow and blue, medium-pile, imported faux furs. His adorable face features white cheek inserts and has been extensively needle/scissor sculpted. I have given him a matching blue embroidered perle cotton sealed nose. He sees the world through hand-blown black glass eyes with eye whites and shading. Lucas has pulled feet and paw pads. He is 5-way jointed with lock nuts and bolts and filled with premium fiberfill and metal granulate for a nice weight.
Lucas wears a beautiful handmade vest and pants with Easter chicks and bunnies on it (removable) and comes holding his blue felt bunny.

Shipping and Payment Information
I will carefully pack and ship out your teddy within 48 hours after the close of the show.
I ship all packages via USPS. The United States Postal Service is delivering mail during the Covid-19 pandemic, however, please be aware as there could be some additional delays in delivery times.
If you would like to have your package insured, please let me know before I ship your teddy as this will be an additional fee you will be responsible for.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages or International customs fees.
I do my very best to describe my creations as accurately as possible. All measurements are approximate. Colors, textures, etc. portrayed in the photos of my creations may differ depending on your individual computer monitor.
Please be sure to view all photos carefully and read over descriptions and measurements.

I offer 2-month layaway plans. Half down with the remainder due 30 days after the first payment.
